The next best value is the Nixeus EDG34, which is $100 more expensive and uses the same panel as the AOC. At $450 it seemed like an insane value for a 34" 1440p 144hz ultrawide monitor. I decided to take a leap and purchase the new AOC 34" CU34G2X ultrawide despite it being new and no reviews on it yet.
